Cancellation Policy
To ensure scheduling availability and proper preparation for every client , we kindly require a minimum of 72 hours notice for all cancellations or rescheduling request.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made 72 hours or more before your scheduled service appointment may transfer the deposit towards a future cleaning appointment.

Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled service will result in a $50 non refundable cancellation fee.

Same day cancellations or failure to provide access to the property at the scheduled appointment will result in additional charges depending on the scope of reserved service.

Due to the nature of cleaning services, refunds are not typically issued once services have been completed, However, client satisfaction is extremely important to us.
